An exclusive rehearsal space for bands, duos, soloists, and music teachers in Utrecht.

This is a standalone rehearsal space, not part of a rehearsal complex. This guarantees quiet rehearsals and makes the space suitable for music lessons.

The space is equipped with a PA system, backline, three wired microphones, and a drum kit. Additional microphones and a cymbal set can be rented separately. Drumsticks are also available for purchase.

The space can be rented in blocks of three hours or per hour, for example, for music teachers.

We also offer a fixed-term rental option.

Fixed-term rental

You have a session every week, on the same day and time. You pay monthly and

in advance. If you are unable to attend your regular time and you notify us within 48 hours, you can use the number of hours of your

missed session free of charge within two weeks via the extra-time schedule.
